Pack of two succulent free range duck breasts. Make a meal truly special and combine duck breast with our Kea Plum Sauce.
Perfectly tender duck should take around 20 minutes from pan to plate. Season and score the skin in a crisscross pattern. Place the breasts skin-down in a cold ovenproof pan over a medium heat and cook for around 7 minutes until the skin is golden brown and the fat has rendered. Flip the breasts over and place the whole frying pan in the oven at 200°C. Cook for around three minutes, remove, place on a wire rack in a warm place and cover with foil. Leave to rest for ten minutes and serve.
