These terms and conditions and your use of this website are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This law does not affect your statutory rights.
All prices on this site are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT).
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.
Some prices are shown are based on weight and may be subject to variation depending on the exact weight of an individual product. We will always do our very best to achieve exact weights; however, due to items being cut by hand we cannot guarantee precise weights.
All goods are sold subject to availability. Where goods are temporarily out of stock we will contact you so that you may choose between a refund on the item, having it delivered when it's back in stock or selecting an alternative product.
Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions.
Orders are accepted at our sole discretion and we maintain the right to decline orders without giving an explanation.
You may order online where your payment will be processed through Shopify. We use Shopify to ensure the highest level of security and fraud protection for all of our customers. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express debit and credit cards. All transactions are shown in pounds sterling (£).
You may order by telephoning us on 01726 882 383 and/or pay by BACS. Your order will be processed once your payment has cleared the bank. Please consider the time it takes for your payment to be set up and to clear, which needs to be before 12pm (midday) Tuesday on the week you would like delivery.
If you order before 12pm (midday) on Tuesday, we will package and post your item(s) on Wednesday for you to receive them on Thursday.
We will notify you if we are not able to dispatch your goods within this timescale for any reason. In the event of a delivery not being delivered within the quoted time, the company shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by either the customer or a third party. Any delivery times quoted are estimates, based on availability and normal delivery time.
We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and try to resolve it as soon as possible.
